Service Description

We are all amongst friends in this class and NO experience necessary. Regardless of age, strength and capabilities, this is ideal the environment to learn. We will discuss mindset, safe practices, pre-attack indicators and non-lethal options to protect yourself. The self-defense segment of the class features straightforward techniques that are easy to learn and could potentially save your life or the life of a loved one. Please note that this is NOT a cardio intense class. What to bring to class: - Dress in gym like clothing and be comfortable. - Sneakers or something with a rubber sole - Water Classroom Location: 735 N Broad Street, Middletown, DE 19709 (unless informed otherwise).
