Welcome Defensive Training Solution LLC’s - Delaware-based Company.

 

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website, enrolling in training courses, or subscribing to our communications. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

 

1. Eligibility & Legal Compliance

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age required by Delaware law for specific firearms handling) to enroll in our courses.

  • Background Verification: In alignment with our Privacy Policy, you must be legally permitted to possess, handle, and train with firearms under Delaware and federal laws.

  • Verification Authority: We reserve the right to require, signed affidavits of eligibility, or identification prior to class participation.

  • Right of Denial: We reserve the absolute right to deny training to any individual who fails verification, provides false information, or presents a safety risk.

 

2. Course Registration & Payments

  • Payment Processing: All course fees must be paid through our secure third-party payment gateways.

  • Billing Details: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment and identifiers (name, billing address) for transaction histories.

  • 72-Hour Cancellation Policy: You must notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled course start time to cancel or reschedule your class.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the course begins are strictly non-refundable and cannot be credited toward future classes.

  • No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled training without prior notice, your entire registration fee will be forfeited.

 

3. Digital & SMS Communications

  • Email Marketing: By opting into our digital communications, you agree to receive email newsletters, marketing updates, and promotional offers. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link.

  • SMS Alerts: By providing explicit consent, you agree to receive text message updates, scheduling alerts, and promotional texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply "STOP" at any time to cancel.

 

4. Safety, Facility Rules, & Liability

  • Strict Safety Protocol: Safety is our highest priority. You must strictly follow all range safety rules, instructor commands, and facility security guidelines.

  • Immediate Dismissal: Failure to follow safety protocols will result in immediate removal from the training session without a refund.

  • Assumption of Risk: Firearms and tactical training inherently involve risk. By registering, you assume all risks associated with participation.

  • Liability Waiver: A separate, physical or digital Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement must be signed before participating in any live-fire or physical training.

 

5. Website Use & Intellectual Property

  • Digital Activity: We monitor digital activity via cookies to ensure site security and prevent unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

  • Proprietary Content: All training materials, curriculum, certificates, website text, graphics, and logos are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be reproduced without written consent.

 

6. Governing Law

  • Delaware Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

7. Changes to Terms

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
